$ /week -nn Job Summary:n
n Seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages and levels of acuity, including Level 2 NICU. This position requires critical care expertise and neonatal experience, with a focus on ventilator management and advanced respiratory interventions.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures for diverse patient populations.n
n Operate and monitor ventilators, ensuring optimal patient respiratory function.n
n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.n
n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to safety protocols.n
n Provide neonatal and pediatric respiratory support, including Level 2 NICU care.n
n Ensure compliance with all licensure, certification, and vaccination requirements.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold NBRC RRT certification; CRT considered only if the candidate does not meet RRT requirements.n
n Possess a Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.n
n Have a minimum of 5 years of critical care and neonatal respiratory experience.n
n Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management and neonatal/pediatric respiratory procedures.n
n Maintain current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.n
n Be fully vaccinated against the flu (mandatory from October 1st through April 1st).n
