Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional respiratory care to patients, ensuring their comfort and recovery through specialized interventions.
Responsibilities:
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures according to physician orders.
Monitor and assess patient responses to therapies, adjusting interventions as needed.
Maintain patient safety by following strict infection control and safety protocols.
Document patient care and progress accurately in compliance with facility standards.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective respiratory care plans.
Qualifications: Credentialed Respiratory Therapist with valid licensure or certification.
Proven experience in delivering respiratory therapy services in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment, ventilators, and airway management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
