$ /week -nn Job Summary:n

n Provide adult and pediatric respiratory care in a critical care setting, including ED, ICU, and general pediatrics, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through advanced respiratory interventions and protocols.n

nn Responsibilities:n

n n Deliver comprehensive adult and pediatric respiratory therapy, including airway management, ventilator support, and ABG analysis.n

n Administer medications and perform pulmonary toileting procedures following clinical guidelines.n

n Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment such as Servo I ventilators, BiPAP, and CPAP devices.n

n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.n

n Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and clinical interventions in electronic health records.n

n Adhere to all protocols for airway management, suctioning, and pulmonary hygiene.n

nn Qualifications:n

n n Possess a valid NC State license and active respiratory therapist credential.n

n Demonstrate minimum of 1 year of adult ICU, ED, or pediatric critical care experience; PICU experience preferred.n

n Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.n

n Be proficient in airway management, vent management, medication administration, and ABG interpretation.n

n Have EPIC EMR system experience.n

n Be willing to work 3x12 night shifts with holiday and weekend rotations.n
