Job description
n Job Summary:n
n Seeking a highly experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate must possess extensive NICU Level IV, PICU, and trauma experience to support critical patient needs across multiple units.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Administer respiratory treatments and therapies to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients.n
n Operate and troubleshoot ventilators, HFOV, and nitric oxide delivery equipment.n
n Monitor patient responses, document findings, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.n
n Collaborate closely with medical teams to deliver coordinated respiratory care.n
n Ensure compliance with all safety and procedural standards, including NRP certification.n
n Maintain detailed records in electronic medical records systems, primarily Cerner.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold an active RRT license and must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.n
n Demonstrate recent NICU Level IV and PICU experience, including trauma environments.n
n Possess certifications in NRP, HFOV, and nitric oxide management.n
n Offer prior travel experience with readiness to work 12-hour night shifts.n
n Proven confidence in managing complex respiratory cases across neonatal and pediatric units.n
