Job Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients. They will develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to identify speech and language needs.
Design and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care plans.
Monitor, document, and report patient progress regularly.
Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication and swallowing.
Adhere to clinical guidelines and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications: Hold a valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Possess at least a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Have previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
