n We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services. This contract role offers an opportunity to support patients' communication and swallowing needs through targeted interventions.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Assess patients’ speech, language, and swallowing functions to develop individualized treatment plans.n
n Administer therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills and swallowing safety.n
n Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly to meet clinical goals.n
n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.n
n Educate patients and their families on strategies to facilitate communication and swallowing safety.n
n Maintain compliance with facility policies, including ID badge protocols and documentation standards.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Valid state or federal issued identification required.n
n Hold a current license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.n
n Demonstrate experience or training in adult or pediatric speech and language therapy.n
n Possess excellent communication and patient management skills.n
n Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.n
n Strong documentation and clinical record-keeping abilities.n
