n Provide specialized speech therapy services to patients, evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.n

n n Assess patient's speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.n
n Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on patient needs.n
n Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.n
n Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.n
n Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.n
n Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.n
n Proven experience working with diverse patient populations.n
n Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.n
