Speech Language Pathologist
Seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive therapy services at a well-equipped facility. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to enhance communication and swallowing functions, supporting successful patient recoveries.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed assessments of patients' speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
Document progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and facility policies.
Qualifications:
Possess valid state licensure and credentials as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Have proven experience in rehabilitative therapy, preferably in long-term care or outpatient settings.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
Exhibit excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
