nn Job Summary:n
n Provides specialized speech-language pathology services to improve patients’ swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities. Leads the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to individual needs.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Assess patients’ communication, swallowing, and cognitive functions to develop personalized treatment plans.n
n Implement therapy techniques aimed at enhancing understanding, speech clarity, and swallowing safety.n
n Lead, guide, and monitor the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with regulations and facility policies.n
n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.n
n Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and maintain detailed patient records.n
n Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare standards and licensing requirements.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold at least 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.n
n Possess a valid Texas state license or be licensed via compact credentials.n
n Demonstrate clinical proficiency in speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapies.n
n Be knowledgeable about regulations governing speech therapy services in healthcare settings.n
n Exhibit strong communication and patient management skills.n
