What You'll Do

As a Therapist, you'll provide individualized behavioral health services while partnering with families, treatment teams, and community resources to support client success. Day to day, you can expect to:

Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and other mental health conditions

Monitor client progress, maintain ongoing communication and follow-up, and adjust treatment interventions to support positive outcomes

Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to additional resources and support services as needed

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, payer requirements, accreditation standards, and state regulations
