Outpatient MH or SUD Counselor

What You'll Do
This is a part time position offering 10-15 hours per week running groups, individual sessions, documentation, and communicating with the treatment team when needed.
Contribute ideas to enhance programming—we welcome creativity, from experiential groups to innovative interventions.
Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups (with co-facilitation support when needed).

What We're Looking For
This is an entry or mid-level counselor position reserved for someone working towards licensure. A Bachelor's degree is required at minimum, and a license is required.
Working toward licensure in some capacity (LPCC, CSW, MFTC, CAS, LAC etc.).
At least 1 year of behavioral health or SUD treatment experience (internships count!).
Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
A willingness to grow through supervision, professional development, and creative problem-solving.
Compensation & Benefits
$25-50 hourly depending on experience and based on education/licensure.
Benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, supervision support) NOT eligible for Part Time Employees at this time.
