empowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Boulder, CO to lead our care teams and shape how care is delivered daily. You will guide clinicians, build trusted relationships with residents and families, and coordinate therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
You will drive program development, lead scheduling and day-to-day operations, and mentor staff to enhance clinical skills.
