Job description
PsychPlus is seeking a Therapy Clinical Director to oversee clinical programs in a hybrid setting in Longview, Texas. This full-time role offers a salary range of $90,000–$105,000 commensurate with experience, with supervision responsibilities for licensed clinicians in the state.
Eligible candidates must hold Texas licensure (LPC-S or LSCW-S) and be able to supervise in-state. Prior leadership experience in therapy is preferred, with a focus on improving patient access to mental health
