Job description

PsychPlus in Harlingen, TX seeks a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to lead and supervise clinical services while continuing direct patient care.

The role is 70% clinical and 30% administrative, with a caseload of about 28–30 patients per week and supervision of up to 10 associate clinicians. You will conduct clinician interviews, support team development, strengthen programs, and promote quality care.
