Job description
PsychPlus is seeking a Therapy Clinical Director in Seattle, WA, to blend direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision. The role involves managing a 28–30 patient caseload weekly while guiding and supervising up to ten associate clinicians.
Responsibilities include conducting clinician interviews, developing the team, and strengthening clinical programs to promote quality care across the practice. This is a full-time on-site position based in Seattle, WA.
