Job description
PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Austin, TX. This role blends direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision, with a 70% clinical focus and 30% administrative duties.
Maintain an active caseload of 28–30 patients per week and supervise up to 10 associate clinicians. Conduct interviews and support team development while strengthening clinical programs and promoting quality care.
