Job description

PsychPlus in Orlando Park, IL is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to blend direct patient care with clinical leadership. This role combines supervision, program development, and hands-on treatment to raise care quality.

You will maintain a caseload of about 28–30 patients weekly, supervise up to 10 associate clinicians, and lead interviews to strengthen the team. Join us to mentor clinicians and shape outpatient services.
