Job description
The Grand at Utica is seeking a Director of Therapy to lead our rehabilitation team in Utica, NY. You will oversee the therapy department, recruit and mentor therapists across OT, PT, and SLP, and develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires a Master’s degree in OT/PT/SLP, NY licensure, and at least 3 years of leadership experience in rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.
