Therapy Director

We're seeking a talented and dedicated Therapy Director to lead our therapy team at our Mt. Lebanon, PA location. About the Role:
As a Therapy Director, you will play a vital role in overseeing the rehabilitation services at our state-of-the-art facility. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and treatment, enabling them to achieve their goals and regain independence. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and maintain high-quality standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Oversee the therapy department, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Clinical Excellence: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and quality of care.
Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, medical staff, and families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services.
Staff Development: Provide training, mentorship, and support to therapy staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
