Job description
Park Place Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Director of Therapy to lead the rehabilitation department across PT, OT, and SLP services for both short-term and long-term residents.
The role requires a licensed therapy professional with 3–5 years in SNF/rehab and strong leadership capabilities. You will drive clinical excellence, oversee documentation and compliance, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and census growth.
