Job description
American Senior Communities seeks a Director of Therapy at Glenbrook Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Fort Wayne, IN. The role oversees rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP) and leads the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent resident care.
