Job description
St. Luke's Health - Patients Medical Center in Pasadena, TX seeks a Therapy Manager to lead therapy operations and ensure delivery of high-quality care across locations. You will guide staffing, training and performance for supervisors and therapy staff while focusing on financial stewardship and growth.
The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field, TX licenses in PT/OT/SLP, leadership experience, and BLS within 14 days of start. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential.
