Job description
HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a Program Manager to lead rehabilitation therapy services across nursing facilities, hospitals, home care, and pediatric clinics. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program development.
Ideal candidates hold state PT/OT/SLP licensure or PTA/COTA, with 3–5 years of rehab leadership, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
