Trinity Rehab Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Mount Vernon, OH area. You'll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You'll Do:
Provide OT services and management
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient careComplete documentation efficiently and accurately
