Job description
Synchrony Rehab, a senior living provider, is seeking a Therapy Program Director to lead clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement across campus locations, home health, and outpatient care.
The role requires licensure in the respective therapy field, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of skilled rehab experience. You will design therapy protocols, supervise staff, monitor outcomes, and manage resources to deliver high-quality patient care.
