Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
