Key Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing setting
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Massachusetts
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Familiarity with geriatric patient populations
Strong documentation and communication skills
