Shift Details: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours.
Job Order Details: Start date 07/02/2026, end date 10/01/2026, duration 13 weeks.
Required Certifications for Submittal: Cert | BLS, OT/COTA.
Required Certifications for Onboarding: Exam | Core | Mandatory Non-Nursing & Allied, Exam | OSHA, Exam | Therapy Rehab | Occupational Therapist.
