Job Title: COTA

Must-Have:
- Willingness to work 5x8 days with every 4th weekend
- Travelers must reside at least 25 miles away from the facility
Description:
Looking for a COTA to provide therapy in an acute care hospital setting.
The position requires a commitment to working five days a week from 08:00 to 16:30.
The facility experiences a high volume of general medical and surgical cases.
The average length of stay for patients is approximately two weeks.
The caseload will include neurological, orthopedic, and cardiovascular diagnoses.
COTA will work within a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation.
Preferred skills include experience with specific patient populations, functional assessments, and patient/family education.
Additional responsibilities will include assisting with discharge planning and providing safety and injury prevention guidance.
COTA must be knowledgeable about best practices in rehabilitation and dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
Travelers may need to work holidays as required by the facility.
All candidates must be prepared to complete a background check and any required pre-employment processes upon acceptance.
