Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Must-Have: Recent home health experience
Description:
Home visits are required as part of this role.
Periodic office meetings will be scheduled.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license.
Agency-required liability insurance is necessary.
The average number of patients seen per day is 5-6.
Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day.
These assignments will equate to roughly 6-8 productivity points.
Clinicians should be willing to travel up to 75 miles from their home base.
Mileage will be reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.
The expected weekly productivity is 30 points.
Documentation and other related activities will hold different point values.
The types of cases include start of care and follow-up visits.
Weekend requirements may vary by location and profession.
Candidates must discuss specifics during the interview.
Home health experience is required.
Local candidates are accepted.
Clinicians will be responsible for driving to patients' homes.
Candidates must confirm they are comfortable with potential driving distances.
All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient appointment.
Delayed or incomplete documentation may lead to cancellation.
There are no guaranteed hours with this contract.
All overtime must be pre-approved.
If patient levels are low, options for additional hours may be available.
