Occupational Therapist Home Health
Client Offer
Must have home health experience; OASIS training preferred
Certs required: BLS
Scrubs: Any solid color scrub
Unit Info (share with your traveler): Patients: med/surg, cardiac, ortho, hips/knees/shoulders, post-surgical, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, CVA, falls, weakness, Parkinson's, failure to thrive, resp patients, neuro, trachs, trauma, AKA, BKA, ADL'S
Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.) Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day (MINIMUM of 6 points per day at managers discretion may increase by 1 point) 1-2 Weekends per contract Laptop, MiFi for internet access, Portable printers BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system
