Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist

License: CA License required, may be submitted with license pending and proof of submission

Must-Have:
- Acute care experience
- Trauma experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently
- First-time travelers accepted with acute care and trauma experience
- Minimum requirement to work every other weekend
Description:
Looking for an experienced Physical Therapist for an acute care inpatient setting.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
The therapist will provide rehabilitation services to patients with various diagnoses, including stroke and trauma.
Experience in a Trauma Level II facility is highly preferred.
The ability to work independently is crucial, as the therapist will be expected to manage patient care autonomously.
This role requires working a schedule of Monday through Friday, with a minimum requirement of 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks.
All candidates must possess a current CA license and the necessary certifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience using Epic for charting.
Duties include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of rehabilitation strategies.
The provision of high-quality patient care and support for patient families is essential.
Candidates must be adaptable and willing to float to different units as needed.
