Physical Therapist In Home Health
Join our team as a Physical Therapist in Home Health, providing essential care to patients in their homes.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct home visits for physical therapy services
Manage a caseload of 5-10 patients per day
Document patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in periodic office meetings
Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
What We Need To See
Active physical therapist license
Current CPR and BLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of adult home health experience
Ability to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic
