Must have recent or current home health experience with Homecare Homebase Charting system. Position/Specialty: PTA for home health. Start date: anytime. Shift/Hours: 8-5. Ratios: 6-10. Years of experience required: at least 6 months or more in home health. First-timers accepted: no. Weekend requirements: occasional. Certifications required: none. Is on-call required? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? Will discuss. Locals accepted: yes. Pending license accepted? No. RTO restrictions: none. Special requirements: must have home health travel experience.
