Job description
Physical Therapy Assistant in Home Health
Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Home Health, where you'll provide essential care to patients in their homes.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct home visits for patient assessments and therapy
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic for patient visits
Participate in periodic office meetings
Manage a caseload of 5-10 patients per day
What We Need To See
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
Current CPR and BLS certifications
Minimum of 1 year of adult home health experience
Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic
