Job description
Therapy/Rehabilitation PTA in Home Health
Join our team as a Therapy/Rehabilitation PTA in Home Health, where you'll provide essential care to patients in their homes.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct home visits for patient assessments and therapy
Document patient progress and activities
Travel between patient homes, covering up to 75 miles
Participate in periodic office meetings
Manage a caseload of 5-10 patients per day
What We Need To See
Active Physical Therapist Assistant license
CPR BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of adult Home Health experience
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Reliable transportation with current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance
Experience with HCHB EMR system
Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic
