Physical Therapist Assistant In Home Health
Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Home Health, where you'll make a difference in patients' lives through personalized care.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct home visits for therapy and rehabilitation
Manage a caseload of 5-10 patients per day
Document patient progress and activities
Participate in periodic office meetings
Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
What We Need To See
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Current CPR and BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of adult home health experience
Reliable transportation with a current driver's license
Agency-required liability insurance
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Experience with EMR systems like HCHB or Pointcare
