Must-Have: Adult and Level 3 NICU experience, Experience with PB 840 and Dreager vents, Ability to deliver surfactant
Description: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapist specializing in neonatal care. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population. Ideal candidates should be team-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. The role includes delivering respiratory support to critically ill infants and participating in multidisciplinary rounds. Applicants should be familiar with various respiratory equipment and best practices in neonatal therapy. Team members are expected to assist and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care for patients. Flexibility in scheduling is essential as weekend work may be required.
