Job description
PruittHealth Blythewood, Columbia, SC invites an experienced Therapy Director to lead rehabilitation services across Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. This full-time role drives clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within a post-acute care setting.
You will mentor staff, manage staffing and budgeting, collaborate with facility leadership, and work toward patient-centered care with a team of therapists.
