Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Float between two facility locations as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Washington
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar clinical setting
Ability to float between multiple facility locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment
Familiarity with MDS documentation and skilled nursing facility workflows
