Job description
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Richmond is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will deliver hands-on patient care while guiding a therapy team. You will balance clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, mentoring therapists and developing staff.
The role requires an active PT/OT/SLP license, BLS/CPR, and at least three years of discipline-specific experience, with leadership experience preferred. We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.
