Job description
Encompass Health in Sperry, OK is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician to lead while continuing hands-on patient care. You’ll balance clinical excellence with team leadership to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes and mentor fellow therapists.
Responsibilities include supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians; developing therapy treatments; monitoring patient response; coordinating team tasks and schedules; and driving continuous quality improvement.
