Job description
Northrop Grumman is seeking Principal/Senior Principal Thermal Analysis Engineers to join our Linthicum, MD team. The role focuses on designing advanced thermal management for electronics across airborne, ground, and naval platforms.
You will lead thermal architectures, own performance, and mentor junior engineers. Requirements include a STEM bachelor’s with 5–8 years of experience, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and onsite work at the Maryland facility.
