Third Party Claims AssociateOptional Work from Home • Oxford, MS 38655OverviewPosition Type Full Time Category Health CareDescriptionThird Party Representative - This position will work directly with insurance adjusters via phone or email for obtaining necessary information for coordination of benefits. Teamwork will be essential for this position. Representatives will need great communication and organizational skills to gather and notate information from insurance and/or attorneys. Position will require thorough and detailed individuals to ensure all information is translated for follow up.Essential DutiesAnswering inbound calls and making outbound calls, while demonstrating proper phone etiquette and HIPAA complianceObtaining accident detailsProperly noting the account and dropping tasks to the correct departmentVerifying third party claims and status with adjusters and attorneysQualificationsHigh School Diploma and GED Strong Knowledge of computer skills and typingIntermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointDependable and Detailed individuals with organizational skillsGreat Communication skillsRecommended- 1 or 2 years experience with telephone communications
