Job description
The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy seeks a Nurse Navigator to manage the continuum of care for oncology patients entering the centralized program through screening or incidental nodules identification. You will serve as the primary liaison between patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient throughput and compliant care.
This role requires strong clinical nursing experience, excellent communication across levels of staff, and proficient EHR
