What’s Upstate is seeking an RN Nurse Navigator to coordinate care for cancer patients and families from pre-diagnosis through all phases of treatment. The role acts as the primary contact, helping patients overcome barriers to timely, quality care and facilitates access to psychosocial and supportive resources.
