Job description
Mohawk Valley Health System in Utica, NY is seeking an RN Nurse Navigator to coordinate care for cancer patients and families from diagnosis through all phases. The role acts as a primary contact, helps overcome barriers to care, educates patients, and coordinates multidisciplinary care and community outreach.
