Job description
Elara Caring is seeking an experienced Admissions RN for a three-day full-time schedule in the Greater Boston area. The role covers start-of-care visits from Newburyport to Haverhill, with a pay range of $88,000–$105,000 based on experience and up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
You will perform start-of-care visits, assess clinical needs, and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and the clinical team. Remote work is not indicated; the position is on-site in home health.
