Job description
The Darien Community Association seeks a Thrift Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, volunteer coordination, and donor relations at the Darien shop. This hands-on leadership role focuses on customer service, inventory management, and ensuring efficient shop performance.
Responsibilities include managing donations, pricing, merchandising, cash controls, and staff coordination. The position requires 40 hours weekly, Tue–Sat 9am–5pm, with collaboration across DCA departments.
