Job description
Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a General Manager to drive store profitability and operational excellence. You will own the P&L, lead top-line sales initiatives, and ensure customer service standards align with company objectives.
You will also train the Production Manager and Retail Manager, build a strong leadership bench, and oversee scheduling, compliance, and daily backroom efficiency to maximize productivity and results.
